Policy Review and Compliance
I have attended orientation for the University of Florida College of Medicine School of Physician Assistant Studies and have been advised of institutional and PA School policies and requirements. I have been provided with the Policies and Procedures website. I certify that I understand and agree to comply with all institutional and UF College of Medicine School of Physician Assistant Studies policies and requirements. Should I have any questions, I understand it is my responsibility to ask PA School faculty for clarification. Furthermore, I understand that noncompliance with the stated policies and requirements may be grounds for my dismissal from the UF College of Medicine Schoolof Physician Assistant Studies.
